Long-time local coach seeking a trustee seat in SD57

PRINCE GEORGE — Mike Rositano says he’s just an average guy who wants to do what’s best for kids and teachers.

That’s why he says he’s running for a trustee position in School District 57.

Rositano has coached sports for over 30 years in Prince George and says he’d like to see programs designed for kids specifically based on their likes and strengths.

“Basically what I see is a lot of cookie cutter programs kids are made to fit into. I’d like to see programs designed for the kids specifically.”

He’d also like to keep the politics out of the school system.
