General local elections in B.C. are held every four years on the third Saturday in October. Here is a look at advanced and special voting locations in communities in the region for the upcoming election on October 15.

District of Mackenzie:

Friday, 14, 2022

District Municipal Office, Mackenzie Blvd.

8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Special Voting:

A Special Voting opportunity will be available to qualified electors who are patients or staff of the Mackenzie and District Hospital, 45 Centennial Drive.

Friday, October 14, 2022

11:30 am – 12:30 pm

General Voting Day:

Saturday, October 15, 2022

Mackenzie Legion, 357 Skeena Drive

8:00 am – 8:00 pm

McBride:

SPECIAL VOTING OPPORTUNITIES:

Those qualified to vote on which the special voting opportunity will be held. Those admitted as patients to the McBride & District Hospital or as residents of the Beaver View Lodge or McBride Mountain Manor.

Currently, there are no advance poll opportunities.

However, there is a voting opportunity, with the mail ballot voting, for those available for all eligible voters.

Prince George:

From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the following locations:

Tuesday, Oct.11 – UNBC – Room 7-170 (Bentley Centre)

Wednesday, Oct.12 – CN Centre – Atrium
