PRINCE GEORGE — The Lheidli T’enneh First Nation is pleased there’s a couple of Indigenous candidates running in Saturday’s elections though they won’t be endorsing anyone.

They don’t for local, provincial, or federal elections, noting they have excellent working relationships with all local governments in its unceded territory.

“Our nation enjoys excellent working relationships with all the local governments in our unceded territory. These include the City of Prince George, Regional District of Fraser-Fort George, Village of McBride, Village of Valemount, and School District 57,” says Chief Dolleen Logan.

She adds she’s looking forward to working with those elected this weekend.
