Using fireworks safely this Halloween

For many people, after trick-or-treating is done it’s time to light up the sky! Fireworks can be set off on Halloween without a permit, but there are still some safety guidelines to keep in mind. Drew from Starlight FX brings us up to speed.

If setting off your own fireworks isn’t for you, you can always head to College Heights for the big fireworks show on Halloween night.
