PRINCE GEORGE — We are well into the new year already but that doesn’t mean that you can still get started on your resolutions and for some it might involve fitness. We take a look at how you can tackle your fitness goals in 2023.

A new year means new resoultions and yours might include becoming more active this year. Setting the right goals will help you get on the right track to becoming more active.

When it comes to setting the right fitness goals, it does not mean you have to go all out at the beginning. Working out with a friend or a personal trainer may help you stay motivated to keep to your goals.
