PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Iceman had a two-year pause because of the pandemic, but this weekend the multisport endurance race will be starting again and celebrating its 36th anniversary this Sunday.
This year event organizers are forced to cancel the skating segment as warm weather has affected the ice conditions at the outdoor ice oval.
Other parts of the multisport race are still a go. The event starts with a cross-country ski at the Otway Nordic Centre, and runners will make their way to the Aquatic Centre, finishing after an 800-meter swim.
