PRINCE GEORGE – Canadian Arctic explorer John Dunn has visited areas of Canada that many of us will never experience.

This weekend wilderness traveller will be stopping in our city to share some of his stories from Canada’s northernmost regions this weekend.

John Dunn has a fascination for the Canadian arctic and other wild regions in our nation.

Currently, he is on a lecture tour sharing his cross-country ski experiences.

A veteran of over 30 expeditions, he has organized and completed over 20 arctic expeditions, totalling over 1100 days in the field.

Shortly after Dunn completes his northern expeditions, he goes on a lecture tour and shares his video and photos with those with the same adventures and dreams.

John has more plans for expeditions in Canada’s northernmost region, but before that, he will return to Prince George to share his images from his team’s 900-kilometre ski this Saturday, March 11th, at 7:30 pm at the Weldwood Theatre at UNBC.
