Water main break at 5th and Watrous

PRINCE GEORGE —Update: Work on the water main break at 5th and Watrous is ahead of schedule. The city now says the road in the area will reopen at 1:30 this afternoon.

Earlier: City crews are busy attending to a water main break at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Watrous Street today.

It’s resulted in the temporary closure to both eastbound and westbound traffic.

The closure is expected to last eight hours.
