RCMP Emergency Response Team & Crisis Negotiators respond to disturbance at Pilot Mountain residence

PRINCE GEORGE – Shortly after 1pm Thursday April 20th, Prince George RCMP responded to a disturbance on the 7900 block of Block Drive. On scene they were informed of an altercation involving a man inside the residence, who now had a gun.

The Emergency Response Team was quickly deployed alongside RCMP Crisis Negotiators. After an undisclosed amount of time, the man exited the residence and was arrested by police without further incident.

The suspect has not been named, but will remain in custody until his next court appearance.

No injuries have been reported. The Investigation remains ongoing.
