Single vehicle accident west of Prince George sends two to hospital

PRINCE GEORGE — Two people were sent to hospital Sunday (July 2) after they were involved in a single vehicle rollover west of Prince George.

According to Prince George RCMP Staff Sgt. Chad Chamberlain, officers and BC Highway patrol responded to a report of the rollover around 7:25 a.m. Sunday morning on Highway 16 west in the lower Mud River area. A male and female were ejected from the vehicle as a result of the accident.

The two adults were taken to local hospital to be treated with minor injuries. BC Highway Patrol is now investigating the cause of the accident.
