Cougars Charity Golf Tournament tees off for final day
PRINCE GEORGE — At the Prince George Golf and Curling Club, the 10th annual Prince George Cougars Charity Golf Tournament returned, raising money for the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation. Since the event began, the tournament has raised well over $650,000 dollars and for the Cougars organization, they are proud to be able to help.
The tournament not only provides a fun experience out on the golf course, helping raise money, but for the alums it is also a chance to reconnect.
“It’s awesome to reconnect with guys that, you know, maybe you played with 20 years ago for my case. So getting them back in PG, we get to, like I said, share some stories and mingle over different experiences. But at the same time, meet new people and meet new alumni.” – Tyler Brough, Prince George Cougars Alum 1996-1999
