One person treated for burns in Hart trailer fire

PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George Fire Rescue doused a vehicle fire Sunday night (August 6).

The fire broke out at approximately 6:30 p.m. on the 3700-block of the Hart Highway. Upon arrival, crews from three halls found a travel trailer fully engulfed in fire with flames spreading to the tree line behind.

A quick attack by crews extinguished the fire and stopped it from spreading.

One occupant of the trailer was treated for burns. The cause has been deemed accidental.
