KODIAKS PREVIEW

Game Preview: Kodiaks look to bounce back against Langley Rams on home turf

Sep 15, 2023 | 9:52 AM

PRINCE GEORGE — They faced them on the road and now the Prince George Kodiaks will look for better results at home against the Langley Rams. 62-0. That was last Saturday’s score when the Langley Rams pulverised the Prince George Kodiaks. Although a loss like that could be demoralizing the Kodiaks know they have to learn and forget as the same team is coming to town this Saturday.

The intensity at practice has been turned up with a tight playoff race. The Kodiaks sit 5th in the BCFC the team that’s two points in front of them being the Langley Rams. This late into the season the Kodiaks are treating every matchup as do or die whether it is at practice or in-game

And with home-field advantage this week it also means home support. Something the team didn’t have the past two games being on the road. Players know they always have a great crowd and are looking to take advantage of extra practice, good rest, and loud noise when game time rolls around at Masich Place Stadium.

Gates open at Masich Place Stadium at 5 p.m. with Kickoff set for 7 p.m.
