Fresh food in a fresh new store: Save-On-Foods grand opening at Pine Centre Mall

PRINCE GEORGE—On September 28, Save-on-foods is hosting a grand opening of their brand new location in Pine Centre Mall. Along with the usual selection of grocery products, it will also feature a large selection of grab’n’go items from the Save-on-foods Kitchen. Including, Specialty sandwiches, soups, pizza, home style fried chicken, and even a popcorn kiosk to greet customers with the buttery aroma of freshly popped kernels.

“We are so excited to open a brand-new store in Prince George. Save-On-Foods has been a major part of this great city since 1934, and it’s exciting to open this amazing new store with so much support from our team and customers.”

The grand opening is this Thursday with the first 500 customers receiving a Save-on-foods gift card loaded with $10-except for two lucky winners who’s gift cards will be loaded with $500. The grand opening celebrations won’t stop with hot prices and in-store specials all weekend long. Plus on September 30 the first 500 customers will receive a free three pound bag of gala apples.

In recognition of truth and reconciliation Save-on-foods Pine Centre will proudly display a respectful acknowledgement plaque presented by Lheidli T’enneh First Nation Chief Dolleen Logan.

Save-On-Foods Pine Centre will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week
