‘We know that kids thrive when their parents are engaged,’ says Christa Porter during Mental Health Resource Fair
PRINCE GEORGE – The District Parent Advisory Council wanted to start off the school year right by hosting a mental health resource fair on Wednesday at the John McInnis Gym. It gave parents and caregivers the chance to come and see what the city has to offer when it comes to mental health support.
“Children and youth, right from kindergarten to grade 12, come down, check out what we’ve got here, and connect with some resources.”
