Timberwolves earn important victory over the Heat

KELOWNA, B.C. – The Timberwolves men’s soccer team secured an important 2-1 victory over the UBC Okanagan Heat yesterday (Oct. 21), with Noah Ballinger scoring the winning goal in the 92nd minute. Connor Lewis also scored for UNBC.

With one day left in the Canada West season, UNBC needs to win today to keep their chances of qualifying to the playoff alive.

The team will face UBCO at 12 p.m. in Kewlona.
