Jan 12, 2024 | 1:55 PM

PRINCE GEORGE—Canada Post will not be sending out delivery agents due to freezing temperatures with Environment Canada predicting a windchill of minus 33 this afternoon and a low of minus 48 overnight.

Canada Post has also issued a yellow alert for the rest of the interior and there may be delays in service. For a full list of service alerts check the Delivery service alerts webpage.

Canada Post says it will resume service once conditions improve and it’s safe to do so but stated the safety of their employees is their number one priority.
