Timberwolves fall to Regina Cougars

REGINA, SK – The UNBC Timberwolves men’s and women’s basketball teams are in Regina this weekend to face the Cougars.
Last night the men fell 77-54. Spencer Ledoux had 16 points for UNBC, while Chris Ross secured a team-leading seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, the women lost 80-56. Sveta Boykova secured her third straight double-double with a 16-point, 14 rebound effort. Rebecca Landry and Amrit Manak also finished in double-digits offensively for the TWolves.
UNBC wrap up their weekend double-header later this afternoon, with the men playing at 4 p.m. while the women take the court at 6 p.m.
