Environment Canada issue Snowfall Warning for Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE – Environment Canada has issued a Snowfall Warning for Prince George, McGregor and Stuart Nechako.

“A Pacific frontal system combined with lingering cold air continues to bring snowfall. Total snowfall accumulation of 10 to 15 cm is expected by noon before precipitation tapers to periods of light snow,” the agency stated.

Enviroment Canada also warns that rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult in some areas.
