RCMP attempt to locate black pickup after a firearms seizure

PRINCE GEORGE— On March 18, B.C. Highway Patrol officers near Prince George attempted to stop a speeding Dodge Ram truck with unknown Alberta licence plate, on Hwy 16 near the Cluculz Lake area. However the truck sped off
Police soon received reports that a similar black Dodge Ram with a rental Alberta licence plate of ‘A43141’ was driving erratically around Prince George with one witness saying that some of the passengers ran into some bushes at the end of Domano Boulevard south of Malaspina Drive. Shortly, after the passengers returned to the pickup and fled eastbound on Highway 16 towards Highway 97.
Police dogs searched Domano Boulevard and located two handguns, one loaded and one unloaded. However the suspects and the vehicle remain at large.
