PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George RCMP have announced a big drug bust.

It happened on April 4 at a home on the 7100 block of Guelph Crescent.

“During the investigation a resident of that home was seen leaving the area while driving a stolen vehicle. Police officers stopped the vehicle and the driver, identified as 42-year-old James Alan Webb, was arrested. While searching the vehicle after the arrest, police officers located over four ounces of suspected illicit drugs, believed to be fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine.

“A Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant was executed at the residence, where investigators located further illicit drugs, believed to be methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl and heroin, as well as over 1700 M-ELSON (morphine) pills. Police officers also seized a large quantity of ammunition and a firearm,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.
