PRINCE GEORGE— New data from CasinoHunter reveals Prince George (YXS) to be the fourth worst airport in the country.

The rankings compiled all 25 operating airports in Canada and are based on six factors. Those factors are: the number of outbound direct flight destinations, number of lounges, number of dining facilities, on-site car rental companies, hotels within a two-mile radius, and operating airlines. Lounges, dining facilities and hotels are then compared to how many yearly passengers go through each airport.

YXS scores 27.92 out of the 100 point scale. This is due to YXS not having any hotels within a two mile radius and only 8 travel destinations. YXS operates with six airlines and has three dining facilities for passengers.

Saint John Airport (YSJ) in New brunswick is the worst airport with no lounge available and only one dining facility. YSJ scores 22.08 out of 100.

Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport (YXE) is ranked the best in Canada with a score of 72.11 out of 100. YXE has 24 destination for passenger to fly to and a total of 15 hotels within a two-mile radius. YXE sees 930,000 passengers every year.
