PRINCE GEORGE — Northern BC Crime Stoppers will hold its Drive Thru Spring Community Shred It Event this Saturday (April 27) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the PGSS parking lot (2901 Griffiths Avenue, just off Highway 97).

It’s a chance to shred personal or important documents, helping to ensure you will not be a victim of identity theft. This service is provided for the cost of a donation (minimum $10 per bag or box) and is not meant for business owners.

For another $5 donation you can enjoy a Mr. Mike’s hamburger. The BBQ will be on site from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Proceeds from the event go to Northern BC Crime Stoppers. Anyone can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-222-8477) or online at www.northernbccrimestoppers.ca and if that tip leads to an arrest, that individual will receive a reward for their efforts.
