PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Spruce Kings have confirmed another player commitment for next season.

Mason Loewen is a 6’0, 185 pound forward from Charlie Lake, B.C., who spent the last two seasons with the Cariboo Cougars of the BC Elite Hockey League. In 70 games, he scored 42 goals and added 38 assists for 80 points. In an additional seven playoff games, Loewen scored six goals and added three assists.

Loewen suited up for a pair of playoff games for the Spruce Kings as well during this season.

“Mason is a great young man who possesses many on ice traits and many intangibles that we look for in players. We’re thrilled to add him to our program,” says Spruce Kings General Manager Mike Hawes.
