Want to be a Mountie? Recruitment scheduled for April 30

PRINCE GEORGE — If you’re contemplating a future in policing, here’s your chance.

The BC RCMP Recruiting Team has planned a career information session on Tuesday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m. in Prince George.

“This information session offers you the chance to hear first-hand from our recruiters about the exciting career opportunity that awaits you. You’ll also get into the details of the recruiting process, including the requirements and expectations for applying and how to prepare for each stage. If you’re still not sure and want to know more, this is the presentation for you!,” says Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.

Cooper adds that joining the RCMP has proved to be a very rewarding experience for her personal and professional growth along with providing opportunities that are “truly endless.”

The sessions will take place at the Prince George RCMP detachment at 455 Victoria Street and will last one hour.
