It’s important to stay active! Whether it’s doing simple tasks, enjoying the outdoors, or playing with technology there are many ways to stay busy and active and in turn stimulating your brain! We check in with one of the activities being put on by the YMCA at Simon Fraser Lodge that is helping do exactly THAT!
