Cops for Cancer kicks off this Friday

PRINCE GEORGE— The twenty-third anniversary of the Cops for Cancer Tour de North kicks off this Friday, May 3 at Quinson Elementary School.

The event will mark the beginning of the training and fundraising season for Tour de North. The funds will go towards life-saving childhood cancer research and support programs. Since 2001 the Tour de North has raised over $3.3 million.

Emergency service personnel from across Northern B.C. will take to their bicycles this September.

Kick-off starts at 11:00 a.m.
