Police wrap up investigation of MVI involving young boy

PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George RCMP have concluded its investigation into a motor vehicle incident involving a young boy on the Hart on Tuesday (April 30).
The accident occurred shortly after 3:30 p.m. on the 3600-block of Winslow Drive.
“The young boy was struck as he crossed the road after exiting a City bus, which was stopped at a bus stop on Winslow Drive at Kim Place. Police officers attended the location and spoke with the driver of the vehicle involved, who is cooperating fully with the police investigation. Our thoughts are with the young boy and we wish him a speedy recovery,” says Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.
RCMP say there is no criminality suspected in this incident. The investigation is now concluded.
