Smokey Skies? Don’t panic it’s under control

PRINCE GEORGE—The Prince George Airport Authority is advising residents that YXS will be conducting Tidewater’s Emergency Response training at their facility. The exercises began on Tuesday, May 7, and will go till Wednesday, May 8.

During the exercises, you may notice black smoke coming from that direction and while alarming is under control.

The Prince George Airport Authority says the training is imperative to ensuring our first responders are ready to protect the region from emergencies.
