PG Road Runners partner with Wheelin’ Warriors for annual Mother’s Day run

PRINCE GEORGE— On Sunday, May 12, the Prince George Road Runners Club will be hosting their 5 kilometer Mother’s Day run through the L’heidli Tenneh Memorial Park.
The annual run is open to everyone and will feature a free 1 kilometre fun run for kids. Members of the club can attend for free while all non-members can register in advance for $15 or day of for $20. All proceeds from non-member registration will be donated to the BC cancer foundation through Wheelin’ Warriors of the North. Volunteers for the race will be members of the Wheelin’ Warrior cycling team.
PG Roadrunners Club says the route is easier making it a perfect race to start the season.
Bib pick up is open at 8 a.m. with the races starting at 8:45. You can register online here.
