PRINCE GEORGE — ICBC is reminding those heading out on their first road trip of the year this long weekend to give themselves plenty of time and choose safe speeds to help prevent crashes.
ICBC says police will be focused on speeding through targeted enforcement noting that 14 people are injured in 103 crashes in northern BC every Victoria Day long weekend.
ICBC also encourage you to avoid distractions when on the road, especially talking on your cell phone.
