CN Centre to host night market in remembrance of local photographer

PRINCE GEORGE— On July 23, from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. a night market and fundraiser will be held at the CN Centre. alongside the night market there will be a silent auction, and a bake sale at the Love Local tent with proceeds going to the Chuck Chin Legacy Fund.

Chin passed away in January 2024. The local photographer spent his retirement attending and documenting events across Prince George. The Prince George Community Foundation hopes that this event will be a time to honor “the memory of our beloved community hero.”

The night market is free to attend and will feature over 100 local vendors, 14 food trucks, live entertainment, and a petting zoo.
