PRINCE GEORGE — Kady Dandeneau is off to Paris to participate in her second Paralympics with Team Canada’s women’s wheelchair basketball team.

Dandeneau is a former UNBC Timberwolf, playing on the women’s basketball team back in the 2010s. After her career in stand-up basketball was cut short, she focused on making the transition to wheelchair basketball, crediting plenty of her success to her former coach Loralyn Murdoch.

While Murdoch, who is now the Athletics Director of UNBC, is extremely proud to see a Timberwolf Alumni represent Canada on the biggest stage in sports.
