Huble Homestead to host Kids Carnival this Saturday

PRINCE GEORGE— On July 20, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Huble Homestead will be hosting their kids carnival packed with family friendly activities. Test your skills with carnival games that have guaranteed prizes. Participate in old-fashioned games, including the always popular parachute.

In addition, Huble Homestead has invited other organization to join in on the festivities including Two Rivers Gallery who will be hosting arts and crafts session. Join the Prince George Public Library for a story time and a treasure hunt. The Exploration Place will be bringing fun science toys, air guns, and showcasing the principles of balance with a butterfly craft. Then, learn Bear Awareness from the Northern Bear Awareness Society,

There will also be live entertainment with hourly magic shows hosted by William the Conjurer. As well as, Huggleberry the Clown who will be making a variety of balloon creations.

Huble Homestead is also asking for volunteers who want to help out with the activities and ensure the event runs smoothly. The time commitment is 11:00-3:00 and historic costumes and lunch will be provided. Volunteers can sign up on Huble Homestead’s website.
