It’s time for small businesses to toot their horn
PRINCE GEORGE – It’s a staggering stat, in terms of how significant small business is to the bottom line in this province.
“We define a small business as any business that has fewer than 50 staff,” says Darren Dunne with Small Business BC. “And you may be surprised to hear that there are almost 500,000 businesses in B.C. that fulfill that criteria.”
And that’s the reason Small Business BC is now launching the nomination period for its upcoming awards. And the local Chamber of Commerce is also on the verge of launching its own excellence awards.
