Rainstorm closes streets due to flooding

PRINCE GEORGE— The city of Prince George has temporarily closed multiple streets due to flash flooding. Those streets include 7th Avenue and Dominion Street and Winnipeg Street near 15th Avenue. Officials ask drivers to avoid the are for the time being.
In addition, witnesses report a section of Massey Drive from Winnipeg Street to just past the overpass is also closed.
If you see flooding on the roads, you are asked to call 311 or use the City of PG app to report it.
