CNC and Cedars sign dual credit agreement
PRINCE GEORGE — A dual credit agreement has been signed between the College of New Caledonia (CNC) and Cedars Christian School (Cedars) to ensure a successful transition of students from high school to post-secondary education.
The dual credit program gives Grade 11 and 12 students the opportunity to gain first-hand experiences in first-year courses and earn credits towards their high school graduation and post-secondary credentials.
It means high school students from Cedars who want to get a head start on their post-secondary studies can start doing so as early as this September.
Successful participants will be able to continue their studies locally or transfer their credits to other post-secondary institutions once they graduate.
