Man wanted for kidnapping using a firearm

PRINCE GEORGE — Update (Dec.18,2024): Winters is no longer wanted by police.

Earlier: Prince George Mounties need your help finding a wanted man.

Police say 28-year-old Joshua James Dillon Winters is wanted on two unendorsed warrants for the following:

  • Kidnapping using a firearm
  • Forcible confinement
  • Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence
  • Fail to comply with probation order
