PRINCE GEORGE — A business expo is coming to Prince George in February.

Organizers say small and home-based business owners, along with aspiring entrepreneurs and community partners are all invited to the B2B Expo, a partnership between Community Futures Fraser Fort George, the Prince George Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Prince George.

It will feature exhibitors, networking opportunities, learning sessions, and community engagement at the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre on February 14 and 15, 2025.

“We developed the B2B Expo in response to the growing demand from local small businesses for more opportunities to connect and collaborate,” Anna Duff, General Manager, Community Futures Fraser Fort George, said. “By working together, both established businesses and emerging entrepreneurs can cultivate a network that powers growth and prosperity across our community.”

“We are encouraging businesses to connect with each other by participating in the B2B Expo,” Anna added, “so it’s intuitive that as a host organization, we also collaborate with other like-minded 2 B2B Expo November 27, 2024 organizations to efficiently deliver a top-tier event for entrepreneurs. Bringing the City of Prince George and Prince George Chamber of Commerce together for this event will benefit all attendees and support local economic development.”

The B2B Expo will open with a networking gathering on the evening of Friday, February 14, followed by learning sessions on the morning of Saturday, February 15. The B2B Expo will open to the public from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to provide the participating businesses the opportunity to showcase their goods and services to local residents.

“As part of its ongoing commitment to community and business development, we’re thrilled that Integris Credit Union has signed on as the Title Sponsor of the B2B Expo,” Duff said. “Registration will open soon on the Community Futures website.”
