PRINCE GEORGE — Larissa Clotildes has been hired as the temporary manager of communications and engagement at the Prince George Public Library(PGPL).

She’ll serve in the position for a six-month term, bringing with her a wealth of experience and deep commitment to the community says the library.

“Larissa’s library knowledge and connection to Prince George make her a natural fit for this role,” said Paul Burry, Library Director. “We’re confident she will provide steady leadership during this time.”

Burry says Larissa has been a dedicated member of the PGPL team since 2010, contributing in various capacities to enhance the library’s programs and services. Most recently, she served as the Community Engagement Librarian—Youth and previously held the role of Community Engagement Librarian—Adult. She earned her Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alberta in 2021.
