Public hearing on Prince George Official Community Plan review set for March 19

PRINCE GEORGE — The City of Prince George will host a public hearing later this month as it works on a new Official Community Plan (OCP).

Councillors voted on Feb. 24 to pass second reading of the OCP, with the public hearing now scheduled for Wednesday, March 19. That meeting will get underway at 7:00 p.m. in Prince George council chambers.

The Province requires municipalities in BC to have an Official Community Plan in place that outlines a long-term vision for growth and development.
