Drugs, cash seized from rural Prince George-area property

PRINCE GEORGE — Police in Prince George say they seized drugs and cash and arrested 15 people from a rural house after a search warrant was executed back on April 24.

The Prince George RCMP’s Street Crew Unit as well as North District Emergency Response Team seized over a kilogram of suspected cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl, as well as over $10,000 in cash from the house on the 16000-block of East Perry Road.

“Police officers are well aware of the activities happening in the area and are actively pursuing enforcement options,” Sgt. Dan Morris, the commander of the Street Crew Unit, said.

“Residents are encouraged to contact police if they are encountering criminal activity in their area.”
