PRINCE GEORGE — A 22-year-old man accused of stealing vehicles a week apart last August is scheduled to return to Prince George Provincial Court in February after a forensic psychiatric risk assessment.

Seth Brian Moran pleaded guilty Dec. 10 to obstructing a police officer and possessing stolen property worth more than $5,000 after an Aug. 8 incident in which he stole a black Ford Mustang.

Moran also pleaded guilty to failing to stop when pursued by a police officer, obstruction of a police officer and driving while prohibited.

During the latter incident, on Aug. 15, a Prince George RCMP officer refuelling a vehicle at a PetroCanada station spotted Moran driving a reported-stolen black Subaru Forester travelling north on Carney Street.
