4th & Winnipeg re-opened after vehicle incident

PRINCE GEORGE — The intersection of 4th Avenue and Winnipeg St. in downtown Prince George was closed for nearly an hour Monday morning due to a vehicle incident.

At around 9:50 am, two vehicles were involved in some sort of collision. A white pickup truck drove through a sign on the median and ended up in the southbound lanes. A red sedan crashed onto the sidewalk and ended up in the front lawn of a residence on Winnipeg St.

Emergency services were on scene, no word yet of any injuries.
