Get to know the forestry equipment that shaped Prince George

Back in the early 1900’s when much of the City of Prince George as we know it today was covered in dense forest, community builders wondered how they could efficiently clear land for future roads and building lots. The pioneers of the area had big ideas which turned into some of the big pieces of machinery you see on display at the Central BC Railway and Forestry Museum.
