PRINCE GEORGE – The British Columbia government has hired lawyers in both B.C. and California to pursue legal action to hold OpenAI accountable for its part in the shooting where eight victims were killed in Tumbler Ridge. Plus a new labour agreement is now in place at the University of Northern British Columbia as a four-year contract between UNBC and the Faculty Association was finalized. And the Northern Development Initiative Trust is launching a new six-point-nine million dollar Forestry Training Fund to help B.C. forestry workers and employers adapt to economic challenges.
