Prince George Kodiaks take major loss in season opening game

PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Kodiaks were hit with a devasting 50-3 loss on home turf against the Vancouver Island Raiders in their 2026 season opener.

The Kodiaks kicked off their season on Saturday night at home from Masich Place Stadium to open the 2026 BC Football Conference season.

Masich Place Stadium will host the Kodiaks for the next two games of the young season, kicking off against the Kamloops Broncos on Saturday (August 1) and the Langley Rams on the following Saturday (August 8).
