RCMP seek more witnesses following alleged indecent act in Burns Lake park
BURNS LAKE — Burns Lake RCMP are asking additional witnesses to come forward as they continue investigating an alleged incident of indecent exposure at Agate Park.
Police say they received a report at approximately 7:43 p.m. on July 22 of a man allegedly engaging in an indecent act at the park, located on Tchesinkut Road. Officers responded to the area and identified a possible suspect.
Investigators interviewed witnesses who were present at the park at the time of the alleged incident. Following the investigation, Denis Nawrocki was arrested.
RCMP say Nawrocki was charged on July 23 with committing an indecent act in a public place in relation to the alleged incident that occurred the previous day.
