Full-Service dining returns yo YXS
PRINCE GEORGE – A new full-service restaurant and lounge is officially open at the Prince George Airport, marking a major addition to services available for travelers, airport workers and the broader community.
Altitude Restaurant + Lounge opened Monday in the main terminal at YXS, bringing full-service dining back to the airport for the first time in years. Located before the security screening checkpoint, the restaurant is accessible not only to passengers but also to airport employees and members of the public.
The new venue is operated by Noir Food Services Ltd. and represents the final phase of the company’s food and beverage rollout at the airport. The first phase, the Fly Away Café in the departures lounge, opened in May 2025.
Prince George Airport Authority Director of Commercial Development Daphne Shelton said the return of a full-service restaurant is an important milestone for the airport.
