Foodie Fridays continues to grow as summer tradition in Prince George
PRINCE GEORGE – Foodie Fridays keeps getting more popular in Prince George, drawing in more vendors, entertainers, and visitors as it becomes a regular part of the city’s summer events.
Matt Russell, the Event Coordinator for the City of Prince George, says Foodie Fridays has grown steadily in recent years, especially as community events have picked up again after the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We’ve really built some good momentum with vendors, with the general public, and just generally people knowing about Foodie Fridays,” Russell said. “It’s become a fixture in the summer months. We’ve seen significant growth in both vendors coming to the event, entertainers and just the general public’s awareness of it.”
